Valuation

analyze the business. This valuation is needed before negotiations begin.

Due Diligence
You want a comprehensive look at who you’re working
with – and we provide it. We review financial statements, tax returns and other
business records (i.e. insurance, employee information, customer sales history,
etc.). We also meet with key executives and discuss both problem areas and potential
growth opportunities.
Projections
Our realistic 3-5 year projections provide the lender
with the information necessary to determine if a business will have sufficient cash
flow. This is critical if you’re looking for financing. We want to make sure
you’re working with achievable, measurable results.
