Triple Appeal on Double Dip
The Ohio Court of Appeals got to make three decisions on a double dip case. In the first two, the trial court chose to go its own way and support its own original decision despite directions to the contrary from the appeals court. These decisions will do nothing to help alleviate the double dip “quagmire” that exists throughout the country.
