In 2003, SVA helped an individual acquire an electronic manufacturer facility. As the company grew the owner looked for like electronic businesses that would have compatible markets. In 2004 he acquired his second business, and in 2005 his third business.
Once SVA had assisted him with his first acquisition, including putting in the internal controls and financial system, the SVA professionals continually worked with the owner to find like businesses to acquire.
Within three years. SVA was by his side helping him acquire two additional businesses and helped with the centralization of the administrative operations to reduce expenses.
The owner has acquired additional real estate property to increase his net work and is still wants to acquire additional businesses that match his electronic business strategy.
