The business valuation, due diligence, and projections we perform are invaluable
for buyers and lenders.
Valuation: What’s the business truly worth? Looking at
the financial statements for the past three to five years, we analyze the business.
This valuation is needed before negotiations begin. If there are problems, it will
save you an enormous amount of time.
Due Diligence: You want a comprehensive look at who you’re
working with – and we provide it. We review financial statements, tax returns, and
other business records (i.e. insurance, employee information, customer sales history,
etc.). We’ll also meet with key executives and discuss both problem areas and potential

Projections: Our realistic 3-5 year projections provide
the lender with the information necessary to determine if a business will cash flow.
This will be critical if you’re looking for financing. We want to make sure you’re
working with achievable, measurable results.
