Mark Boebel, CPA, ABV and CVA with SVA Certified Public Accountants was recognized by the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin (CFLCW) with the Dolphin Award. The Dolphin Award represents appreciation for Boebel’s efforts as the organization’s Treasurer. As Treasurer he worked closely with the Board of Directors in applying for and securing their tax status as a 501c6 nonprofit. That classification eliminated the potential for a $20,000 tax assessment for prior years’ tax returns they faced if they were considered a for-profit entity.
Boebel has served as Treasurer for the past two years and has been asked to extend his position another year.
