Organizational Assessment

Candidate Profile

A profile of the ideal candidate and a detailed position description will help you define exactly what you need. The candidate profile provides a standard against which to evaluate candidates. Need competitive information about salaries, benefits and perquisites in your marketplace? We have the information that will help you attract the appropriate caliber of candidates.

Candidate Development

We identify executives who may not be actively seeking new positions, using proactive research, personal interviews, knowledge of the business community, and strategic advertising. SVA Staffing Solutions maintains the confidentiality of both the candidates and the hiring firm.

Candidate Assessment

Hiring is a time-consuming process. We screen applicants, interview candidates and contact references. From the pool of qualified applicants, a select few – usually three to five candidates – are referred to you for your consideration.

Selection Process Advising

Our level of involvement in the interviewing and selection process depends wholly on your needs and wishes. We can schedule and facilitate candidate interviews, coordinate site visits, arrange tours for candidates’ spouses, and advise your management team throughout the selection process.

Post-Acceptance Interviews
