Hiring is a time-consuming process. We screen applicants, interview candidates and
contact references. From the pool of qualified applicants, a select few – usually
three to five candidates – are referred to you for your consideration.
Our level of involvement in the interviewing and selection process depends wholly
on your needs and wishes. We can schedule and facilitate candidate interviews, coordinate
site visits, arrange tours for candidates’ spouses, and advise your management team
throughout the selection process.
