  2. Candidate Profile
    The next step is to develop a profile of the ideal candidate and a detailed position description. A candidate profile allows management to define exactly what it needs and provides a standard against which to evaluate candidates. We also provide competitive information about salaries, benefits and perquisites in your marketplace to help you attract the appropriate caliber of candidates.
  3. Candidate Development
    Using proactive research, personal interviews, knowledge of the business community, and strategic advertising, SVA Staffing Solutions also identifies executives who may not be actively seeking new positions. SVA Staffing Solutions maintains the confidentiality of both the candidates and the hiring firm.
  4. Candidate Assessment
    SVA Staffing Solutions screens applicants, interviews candidates, and contacts references. From the pool of qualified applicants, a select few – usually three to five candidates – are referred to you for your consideration.
  5. Selection Process Advising
    Our level of involvement in the interviewing and selection process depends wholly on your needs and wishes. We can schedule and facilitate candidate interviews, coordinate site visits, arrange tours for candidates’ spouses, and advise your management team throughout the selection process.
