Wendy is the Human Resources Benefits Manager for SVA, a Professional Services Company.
She is responsible for developing and executing SVA's Total Rewards program including employee benefits and perks to best attract and retain top talent.
Wendy manages all employee benefits, perks, and time-off and leave-of-absence program functions including development, implementation, employee education, enrollment, absence management, and regulatory compliance. She serves as a resource for employees and management navigating workplace and benefit questions and concerns.
Wendy has complemented her years of experience in human resources and benefits management by obtaining her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, and CEBS certification from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
She also serves as a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS) and Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
