Michele acts as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for SVA, A Professional Services Company and its affiliates.
Michele has legal experience in private practice, government service and private industry. Her legal expertise includes labor and employment law, litigation, contracting, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and general business. She works with all of the SVA entities on all of their diverse and interesting business needs.
Michele also serves as SVA’s Chief Operating Officer where she is responsible for human resources, marketing and events planning, information technology and facilities.
Michele is a member of the Dane County Bar Association and State Bar of Wisconsin.
Michele and her husband Dan live in Madison, WI. She is a recent empty-nester, although her two college sons return to the nest regularly. Michele enjoys staying connected to old and new friends from all aspects of life, both virtually and in real life, traveling with friends and family, puzzling and gaming. She can make almost anything into a competition! Connecting with people is her favorite pastime.
