Janna is a Principal and the Human Resources Director for SVA, A Professional Services Company.
She is responsible for developing and executing SVA’s HR strategy. SVA has been designated as an employer of choice and Janna is always mindful of ways to continue to enhance the workplace for its employees.
Janna manages the performance evaluation process and administers SVA’s total rewards offerings, which include benefits and compensation. She advises employees and management on navigating through workplace questions and concerns.
She uses her experience to ensure organizational compliance with legal and internal requirements, policies and practices.
Janna has complemented her years of experience in human resources by obtaining her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification and her PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute.
She also serves as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
